Hosted by the University of Colorado. This clinic assists low-income persons only with cases involving issues of federal or tribal law, such as situations involving the federal Indian Child Welfare Act, discrimination in housing, education or employment, tribal membership issues, protection of Native sacred lands and challenges to the free exercise of religion. The Clinic also takes on a limited number of tribal code writing projects each year.

APDC provides victims assistance and support to those who have witnessed a crime. Services include assistance in applying for financial services, emergency housing, and victim compensation funds; crisis counseling; case management and social services; and legal and personal advocacy.
