When do I File?

• You must start the appeal within 49 days of:
  • A Sentencing Order. Or
  • An Order denying a Motion for Post-Conviction Relief. 

What do I Pay?

• Pay the $223 Filing Fee when you file with the Court of Appeals.
• Review Step 1 for information on waiving these costs.
