Judgment debtor is a business or corporation

If the garnishee has your property, the Court shall order the garnishee to deliver it to the sheriff to be sold.  The sheriff pays proceeds of sale to registry of court and the funds will be paid to judgment creditor up to amount of judgment.  Any excess will go to you.
