I don’t have an exemption and the garnishee owes me money

For general information see the section “Steps to Filing a Writ” in the document Instructions on How to Collect a Judgment and Completing a Writ of Garnishment (JDF 82). The link to the document is below.

If there is no exemption and the garnishee owes you money, the court shall enter judgment against garnishee in favor of you for use by judgment creditor (up to judgment amount) and request debt be paid into registry of the Court.
