The Colorado Division of Labor may help employees performing work in Colorado with the recovery of wages, and labor law violations. You may file a complaint online, or download the form and mail that to the Division. The form includes instructions on the complaint process and the authority of the Division of Labor. Call center hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 AM and Tuesday and Thursdays from 8:30 AM to Noon.

The Colorado Civil Rights Division (CCRD) enforces the State's anti-discrimination laws in the areas of employment, housing, and public accommodations. CCRD works to eliminate and prevent discrimination in those areas through investigation, education, mediation, and enforcement.
