You may file a complaint online, or download the form and mail that to the Division. The form includes instructions on the complaint process and the authority of the Division of Labor. Call center hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 AM and Tuesday and Thursdays from 8:30 AM to Noon.
