This program is for low-income people with a civil appeal in the Colorado Court of Appeals or the Colorado Supreme Court. The program does not assist with unemployment benefits, prison discipline, habeas corpus, ballot title, election, or criminal appeals. To apply, download the application and then deliver or mail the packet to the address in the form. 

Serves all counties.
