               Start

                       •  File forms into the same case that issued the child support order.

                       •  File by mail, in person, or through E-filing.

                       •  Pay the $105 filing fee or request a Fee Waiver.

                       •  Give a copy of the Motion to the other parent.  (Skip if filing a Stipulation)

 

               Respond

                       •  File a Response to the Motion - JDF 1315.  (Skip if filing a Stipulation)

                       •  Pay the $116 filing fee or request a Fee Waiver.

 

               Pre-Hearing Meetings

                       •  Initial Status Conference.  (Depends on District)

                       •  Mediation.  (Depends on District)

 

               Final Hearing

                       •  Present your case to the Judge.  (If needed)

                       •  Judge issues a final decision.

 

After the Final Decision
