   Joint Tenancy with a Surviving Joing Tenant

Ownership by two or more people of the same real estate/property that is specifically titled as "Joint Tenancy with Rights of Survivorship." When property is owned by two or more people and one of the owners dies, his or her share goes to the remaining owners without needing to open a probate case.
