3.  Court Review

  • The Court will review the Motion to Intervene.
  • The Court will review the Motion for Change of Venue.
  • The Court will make an Order.

 

  • A hearing is not required for the court to make a decision.
  • If you need a hearing, check with your court about how to get a hearing.
