Low cost does not mean low quality. Lawyers who offer what is called “moderate means” or "modest mean" services, price their services to be more affordable, but they are held to the same high professional standards that all lawyers are.
To accommodate this, these lawyers often offer alternative fee structures. This means they may only work on part of your case (unbundled services), give you a fixed price versus billing by the hour, or sliding their hourly fee based on the level of your income.
